| 摘 要： | 介绍了无余量熔模精密铸造技术在我国的起步和发展,以及该技术在我国工业领域的一些应用情况,并结合具体的实例叙述了该技术的工艺过程,包括蜡模模具设计、浇注系统设计、模料选择和熔模制造、型壳制造、熔炼和浇注等.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces start and development of the marginless melted mould precise casting technology and some applications of the technology in some industrial areas in China,and demonstrates the technological process of it with examples including wax module design,casting system design,choice of casting materials,manufacturing of investment moulds,manufacturing of moulds,fusion and casting. |
