摘    要:原油含水率是油田生产的一项重要指标,水的存在会导致油液乳化浑浊,黏度增加,设备腐蚀,造成管道运输不稳定,其检测方法主要分为离线测量和在线测量两大类。介绍国内外原油含水率的主要测量方法、测量原理及其优缺点和适用范围,为了提高原油含水率测量的准确性和稳定性,近年来还出现了利用人工智能、多传感器信息融合等新的检测技术。结合化学计量学和多传感器信息融合的原油含水率在线测量技术将是未来主要的发展趋势。

Technique Status and Development Trends of Measuring Water Content in Crude Oil

Abstract:Percentage of water in crude oil is an important index of oil production. The presence of water will cause the oil emulsion turbidity, increasing viscosity, and the corrosion of equipment, resulting in unstable pipeline transportation. The detection method is divided into offline and online detection of two kinds of measurement. This paper reviews the main method, detection of domestic and international crude oil moisture detection principle and its advantages and disadvantages, in order to improve the measurement of crude oil moisture content accuracy and stability. It has emerged in recent years the use of artificial intelligence, multi sensor information fusion and other new detection technique. Combination with Stoichiometry and multi sensor information fusion technology for on - line detection of percentage of water in crude oil will be the future development trend of the mainstream.
