几种纳米材料在润滑脂中的摩擦学行为研究

摘    要:通过四球摩擦磨损试验,考察了三氧化二锑、二氧化硅、金红石、锐钛矿和碳化硅5种纳米材料作为润滑脂添加剂的摩擦学性能.试验结果表明:三氧化二锑和二氧化硅在润滑脂中具有良好的承载能力和极压性能;金红石和锐钛矿具有较好的承载能力和极压性能.

Abstract:A four-ball friction and abrasion experiment was carried out to test the tribological performance of the 5 naometrical materials as lubricating grease additives. The 5 naometrical materials were antimony trioxide, silicon dioxide, rutile, anatase and carborundum. The result of the experiment showed that antimony trioxide and silicon dioxide had excellent carrying capacity and high pressure-bearing capability, and rutile and anatase had good carrying capacity and high pressure-bearing capability.
