新型气田水质防垢剂的合成研究

摘    要:针对四川地区天然气气田水矿化度高、温度高、水型多、结垢严重的特点,将醋酸乙烯酯和马来酸酐进行自由基共聚,研究了试验条件对合成聚合物型防垢剂性能的影响规律,并运用正交试验原理,研究出合成聚合物型防垢剂的最佳试验条件;通过性能评价,该防垢剂对四川地区各种气田水均有很好的防垢作用。

Abstract:Aimed at the gasfield water in Sichuan district has characteristics of salinity high,temperature high,the type of water quality more and scale deposit serious,the article studies the influence law of test conditions to the synthetic polymer-type scale inhibitor properties by the free radical copolymerization of vinyl acetate and maleic anhydride.In accordance with the principle of orthogonal experiment,the optimal experimental conditions of the synthetic polymer-type scale inhibitor are researched.The scale...
