一种液压式测力仪的研制

摘    要:冲压设备的冲模速度一般难以调节到任意低速,导致其力值难以进行现场或在线校准。采用变被动测量为主动测量的技术方案,研制出一种液压式测力仪,解决了对该类设备力值的校准难题。经测试,所研制的测力仪的主要技术指标符合0.3级的要求。

Abstract:Generally,the speed of punch can not be regulated to arbitrarily slow,so its force can not be on-site calibrated or on-line calibrated accurately.Changing the project from passive measurement to initiative measurement,at the same time,a kind of ergometer by liquid pressure is produced so that the problem of calibrating the force is solved.By testing,the main technique parameters fit for the standard of grade 0.3.
