摘    要:胜任力模型是未来企业和组织人力资源开发与管理的重要工具。在介绍和分析营销人员胜任力模型的基础上,提出了基于营销人员胜任力模型的培训体系,具体包括培训需求分析、培训内容确定、培训方法选择、培训效果评估等内容。

Abstract:Competency Model is one of the important analysis tools for enterprises and organizations to develop and manage human resources in the future. Based on an introduction and analysis of Competency Model,this article proposed a marketing staff training system,including analysis of training needs,determination of training materials, choice of training methods and evaluation of training results etc.
