| 摘 要： | 介绍了国家示范性高职院校建设档案的构成和分类,分析了建立示范性高职院校建设档案中存在的真实性、完整性、规范性等方面的问题,从增强档案利用意识、实施档案部门集中统一管理、加强信息化建设几方面提出了国家示范性高职院校档案管理的举措。

| Abstract: | With constitution and classification of state model higher vocational college construction archives introduced,the paper analyzed problems related to the authenticity,integrity and normalization in the process of archiving the construction files.Corresponding countermeasures are proposed as follows：to improve archive utility awareness,to carry out centralized management of archive departments and to reinforce information construction. |
