| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of commercialize the scientific and technolog- ical achievements to promote the development of local economy. Based on the statistics in relation to the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements of higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province, the paper points out the factors that result in the low rate of commercialization and explores practical paths to enhance the rate. |
