高层建筑消防安全评估方法探讨

摘    要:本文综合考虑了高层建筑的火灾危险性,建立了以高层建筑自身消防安全、安全管理、灭火救援力量、当地防火监督状况和群集特性为因子集的高层建筑,消防安全模糊评价三级指标体系。采用定性和定量相结合的层次分析法(AHP)确定了各指标的权重,使权重的赋值更加科学、合理,较好地反映了各因素对高层建筑火灾危险影响因素的重要程度,同时采用调查表方法确定了指标的权重系数,并对各指标进行量化,以获得高层建筑的火灾危险等级。

Method research on fire-fighting safety evaluation in high-rise Buildings

Abstract:According to this comprehensive study on the characteristics of fire disasters to the high-rise buildings,the tree-level index system was set up which contained the theory and method of fuzzy synthetic evaluation about high-rise buildings. The system contained the following factors: security system of fire protection of high-rise building itself,safety management,fire fighting and rescue force,situation of fire protection supervision in the native area,and cluster characteristics. Firstly,the Qualitative and Quantitative analysis of Analytic Hierarchy Process( AHP) was adopted to make sure the weight of every index,making the value assignments more scientific and reasonable,in order to reflect importance of fire risk factors caused by various factors on the high-rise building. What's more,the way of check sheet was made use of to deter mine weight coefficient and quantify every indexes so that the danger rank of fire disaster can be gained,which fire accident can be minimized.
