基于结构方程的IT人才职业流动路径分析

摘    要:从社会资本视角出发,以来自多家IT企业的293名被调查者作为样本,采用结构模型分析软件LISREL对IT企业人才流动路径进行了实证研究.研究发现在社会资本的三个维度5个因素中,信任、认同对人才流动的影响不大,社会互动、共同愿景和共同语言对人才流动的影响较为显著.

Abstract:Based on a sample of 293 employees from IT companies,this paper conducted an empirical study on examining the path model of occupation flows.Data were analyzed with LISREL-Structural Equation Modeling software with social capital theory.The results showed that there were five factors in three dimensions in social capitals.Trust and identification had relatively little effect on occupation flows;interaction ties,shared vision and shared language had relatively significant effects on occupation flows.
