汽车发动机在线监测与故障诊断系统设计

摘    要:介绍了汽车发动机在线监测与故障诊断系统的基本组成。该系统以发动机的转速、机油压力、机油温度、冷却水温度、油耗及振动等参数作为监测对象,通过对这些参数的自动监测和工况分析,开发了汽车发动机状态实时监测系统,为发动机的状态趋势分析和故障诊断提供了测试平台。

Abstract:Basic composition of the system for on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of automobile engine is introduced in the paper.The system takes such parameters as engine speed,oil pressure,cooling water temperature,fuel consumption,vibration and so on,as monitoring objects,real-time state monitoring of automobile engine is developed by automatic monitoring of these parameters and working state analysis.The results provide test platform for the state trend analysis and fault diagnosis of the engine.
