| 摘 要： | 将改进型BP网络用于房地产估价 ,通过在识别阶段对训练样本分类正确率问题的讨论 ,提出运用欧氏距离对网络的识别系统进行改进的方法。应用实例表明改进识别方法的BP网络应用在房地产估价中能使待判样本分类正确率从 90 .5 %提高到 1 0 0 % ,相应的估价误差从 1 .7%降低到 0 .3%。

Application of BP neural network in real estate appraisal |

| Abstract: | The BP network is improved and used for the real estate appraisal. The problem of classify for the trained samples is discussed during the period of identification, and the improved method is put forward based on distance. The applied example shows that the improved method can increase rightness rate of sample classification from 90.5% to 100%, decrease appraisal error from 1.7% to 0.3%. |
