| 摘 要： | 对底部两层框架砌体结构房屋的抗震设计其一是要合理选择结构布置形式 ,其二是要加强抗震构造措施。通过探讨底部两层框架砌体结构房屋的使用效益并进行了震害分析 ,认为底部两层框架砌体结构房屋在我国现阶段经济条件下是比较适用的。

| Abstract: | The key is selecting structure patterns and strengthening anti seismic techniques for double frame of bottom building structure. Based on the analysis of the quake damage and practical benefit of the structure, it is found that double frame of bottom building structure is suitable to the case of our own economic situation. |
