| Abstract: | This paper simply introduces basic theory and method of grey multi-Objective decision of situation and illustrates the application of grey decision to Seeking a potimum plan for underpinning with concrete examples.This optimum seeking methed avoids one-sidedness and personal effect of other methods which are used to seek a optimum plan for underpinning and provides a effective way for scientifically seeking a plan for underpinning. |
