摘    要:为了提高载货汽车变速器壳体强度,在其内部布局加强筋.在布局优化过程中,以应力约束条件下加强筋的最小质量为目标函数,加强筋被布置在高应变能或应力的位置,利用加强筋单元应变能灵敏度和一种迭代计算中高效的重分析方法提高计算速度,通过确定加强筋单元的使用效率决定加强筋单元删除或保留.计算结果表明:经过2次迭代优化,变速器壳体结构的最大主应力从1.12×108Pa下降为9.86×107Pa,达到设计要求.应用加强筋的布局优化,可以有效地提高汽车变速器壳体结构强度.

Abstract:In order to improve the security of transmission housing for a truck,stiffeners were disposed in it.The minimum weight of stiffeners was taken as the objective function with the stress constraint in the layout optimization process,and the stiffeners were placed at the locations with high energy or stress.The sensitivity of strain energy of stiffeners and a high-efficiency reanalysis method in each design were employed to increase the computational speed.By identifying the use efficiency of element,the most inefficiently used elements of stiffeners were removed.The result indicates that after 2 iterative processes,the structural stress constraint is reduced from1.12×108 Pa to 9.86×107 Pa.With the layout optimization of stiffeners we can effectively improve the security of the transmission housing of a truck.
