圆柱储液容器提离控制研究

摘    要:5针对储液容器地震响应及提离效应问题,考虑基础与土壤的相互作用,进行了减小地震响应、降低提离的控制研究,建立了控制体系的力学分析模型,并给出了运动分析方程。对实际应用的系列浮顶罐进行了El Centro波数值仿真计算;结果表明控制体系基频与阻尼比不同,其减少地震响应和控制提离的效果是不同的。通过分析,控制体系的最佳基频 在0.5-3rad/s,最佳阻尼比为0.1-0.4,基底剪力降低82%-90%,基底力矩降低85%-92%,波高减低6%-26%,基度转角降低84%-94%。

Abstract:The paper aimed at earthquake response and uplift effect of unanchored vertical Storage Liquid Container. The interaction between foundation and soil is considered, control study which minish earthquake response and reduce uplift are made. The mechanical analysis model of control system is established, and movement equations are given. El Centro is input, simulation calculations are made to applied series floating peak tanks. The results show that the effects of reducing seismic response and uplift are different with vary first frequency and damp ratios. The range of first frequency is between 0.5 and 3 rad/s, damp ratio is between 0.1 and 0.4. The floor shearing force is reduced 82%~90%, moment 85%~92%, wave tallest 6%~26%, rotating angle 84%~94%. Research indicates which is a good method to apply control system to decrease earthquake response and uplift, which is a better approach to deal with resisting earthquake of storage tank.
