自组织理论在军校研究生教育中的应用

摘    要:为推动军校研究生教育系统向有序方向演化,实现研究生教育目标,利用自组织的判别方法分析了军校研究生教育系统的性质,指出该系统具备形成耗散结构的条件,即系统具有开放性、远离平衡态、存在涨落及系统各要素之间存在非线性相互作用等特点。利用自组织理论中的开放性原理、反馈原理、支配原理、非线性原理、涨落原理等探讨了推动军校研究生教育发展的途径。认为应该积极推进人才、科研和学术交流,加强、完善各类奖惩机制,建立、完善创新机制。

Abstract:The post graduate education system in military schools is analysed by usingthe self-organization theory, and it is pointed out that the conditions for the formation of a dissipation structure are its being open, out of equilibrium and fluctuation and nonlinearinteraction between every element of the system. In order to further develop the postgradate education system in military schools to achieve its goal, different approaches are discussed by following the open, feedback, dominance, linearity and fluctuation principles of self-organization theory. And it is concluded that the posteraduate education system in military schools can be furtaer improved by promoting communication among talented persons, scientific research and academic exchange perfecting rewards and punishment system and innovation mechanism.
