摘    要:探讨了非静止轨道区域性覆盖卫星移动通信系统星座设计方法。针对我国区域性覆盖,理论研究、计算和总结了各种中低轨星座设计方法的结果,包括全球覆盖星座、地带性覆盖星座、极圆轨道区域性覆盖星座、倾斜圆轨道区域性覆盖星座,同时提出了我国赤道、椭圆轨道星座设计。综合比较和仿真分析,赤道轨道地带性覆盖星座(总卫星数为5颗)、段斜圆轨道区域覆盖星座(总卫星数为8颗)可作为我国区域性覆盖、非静止轨道卫星移动通信系统

Abstract:We study some design methods of non GEO satellite constellation for regional mobile satellite communication (MSC). In order to coverage China, we research and calculate some possible constellation design methods, which include the global coverage constellation, the zonal coverage constellation, the circular polar orbit regional coverage constellation, the inclined circular orbit regional coverage constellation. Then we propose the equatorial plane zonal coverage constellation design method and the elliptical orbit regional coverage constellation design method. By comparison and simulation in SatLab, the equatorial plane zonal coverage constellation (5 satellites) and the inclined circular orbit regional coverage constellation (8 satellites) are suitable for Chinese regional MSC.
