| 摘 要： | 供应商作为产品和服务的原始提供者,是构成供应链系统的关键因素之一,建立简单有效、切实可行的供应商评价模型对其进行综合评价和科学选择具有十分重要的意义.分析供应商选择问题的特点,将灰聚类决策方法引入供应商选择领域,在灰聚类决策方法的基本原理与步骤的基础上建立供应商选择的灰聚类决策模型,为企业科学客观地评价选择供应商提供了一种可行的新方法.

| Abstract: | Supplier is one of the key factors to compose supply chain system as origin provider of products and service.To create simple and doable evaluation model for suppliers' integrated evaluation and scientific selection,the author analyzed the characteristics of supplier selection first.And the decision-making method of grey clustering was introduced to supplier selection,then the decision-making model of grey clustering for supplier selection was established,thus provided a new method for enterprises to select suppliers on the scientific and external evaluation. |
