摘    要:为研究沥青混合料均匀性与材料力学性能的关系,基于数字图像处理技术,通过沥青混合料均匀性指标,对沥青混合料均匀性与材料单轴抗压强度、劈裂强度以及抗剪强度间相互关系展开定量地研究.研究结果显示:沥青混合料均匀性与材料力学性能的绝对数值间没有直接的、明显的相关性,而与材料力学性能变异性间却有.均匀性较差的沥青混合料,其力学性能的变异性较大;均匀性较好的沥青混合料,其力学性能的变异性稍小.这表明控制沥青混合料的均匀性对控制材料力学性能变异性有着重要意义.

Abstract:Based on digital image processing,the relationship between homogeneity and uniaxial compressive strength,splitting strength as well as shear strength of asphalt mixture was quantitatively investigated by dint of the index of homogeneity. The results show that homogeneity has no direct and obvious relationship with the absolute value of mechanical properties of asphalt mixture,but it does with the variation of mechanical properties;the variation of mechanical properties is great for the asphalt mixture with worse homogeneity,while it is slight for the asphalt mixture with better homogeneity. It is indicated that the variation control of mechanical properties of asphalt mixture is significant for the homogeneity controlof asphalt mixture.
