摘    要:为了实现跨流域调水系统中供水方案的合理选取,针对现有的模糊优选模型,通过引入评价指标的权重趋势系数,将主观权重与系统客观发展趋势有机结合,并考虑权重趋势系数对主观权重的修正,建立一个评价与优选跨流域调水系统供水决策方案的模糊识别模型.实际工程应用表明,所建立的模糊识别模型与相应的评价方法可行、实用,既考虑了决策者主观意愿、又考虑了事物的客观发展趋势,因而使方案优选结果更切合实际,并容易据水资源系统的未来供水需求实时修正评价指标的权重趋势系数,以优选出符合用水发展趋势的最优方案,该方法很好扩展与充实了只单纯考虑主观权重的现行供水方案评价体系.

Abstract:In order to select a reasonable water supply scheme,a fuzzy pattern recognition model is proposed for evaluation and optimal selection of water supply decision schemes in inter-basin diversion system based on the existing fuzzy optimization model,adopting weight trend coefficient as evaluating indicator for the organic combination between subjective weight and objective developing trend of system and considering the amended subjective weight on the basis of this coefficient. The application of this model and its corresponding optimal method in engineering proves its feasibility. The new model takes the will of decision-makers as well as the objective development trend of the matter into account,and can be used to select the optimal scheme which agrees with the water resources development trend and real-time amendment weight trend coefficient according to the future development trend of water resources and water supply demand. In addition,this model effectively improves the active appraisal system for water supply schemes which only considers the subjective weight.
