血管支架疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:为了对血管支架的疲劳寿命进行评估,本文建立动脉管壁/血液耦合模型,采用有限元法,利用AN-SYS有限元分析软件,对植入支架后的血管内血流动力学、以及血液对植入支架的血管内壁的作用整个过程进行了模拟分析,实现了结构分析和流体分析的耦合计算,得到了在周期性正弦血流的条件下流固耦合过程的数值结果.由流固耦合结果及304不锈钢高周疲劳的S-N曲线对血管支架的疲劳寿命进行了评估.模拟结果显示,血流对支架产生周期性的应力,此周期性应力影响血管支架的疲劳寿命.

Abstract:To achieve fatigue life analysis for cardiovascular stent,we established the arterial wall/blood coupled model,using ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the hemodynamics of the stent implanted vascular.We achieved the coupling calculation between structural analysis and fluid analysis and obtained the numerical results of the coupling process in the condition of the sine flow.Based on the results of the fluid-structure interaction and the S-N curve of the 304 stainless steel in high cycle fatigue we obtained the fatigue life for the stent.The results of the simulation show that flow produces periodic stress on the stent and the periodic stress has effect on the fatigue life for the stent.
