三维多向编织复合材料弹性常数细观力学分析

摘    要:将纤维束和微裂纹分别看作是圆柱型和圆币型夹杂,采用效夹杂法对含微裂纹的三微多向编积复合材料进行细观力学分析,建立了含微裂纹三维多向编积复合材料预报弹性系数的方法,分析中直拉考虑了微裂纹的任意取向和增强纤维束的空间取向,该方法可以应用于一般含微纹的三维编织复合材料,也可以应用于单向纤维增强复合材料。

Abstract:Fiber rods and micro-cracks are considered as circular cylindrical and penny-shaped inclusions is this paper. The micro-mechanics analysis for the three-dimesional multi-directional braided composites with micro-cracks is Performed by using the eqUivalent inclusion method. The corresponding elastic modulus are calculated. With the micro-cracks with random distribution taken into account. Therefore, the present method can be applied to the three-dimensional multi-directional braided composites with micro-cracks, arbitrary shapes and random distribution as well.
