永磁体电机磁钢设计中的曲线拟合

摘    要:在永磁电机设计中,由试算法确定磁钢形状的问题,利用最小二乘法,对边界元法计算所得永磁体磁钢产生的气隙磁场进行曲线拟合,为试算法提供修改磁钢形状的数据;并通过对电机磁钢的表面形状进行曲线拟合,解决了磁钢形状的跳变现象,获得了永磁体电机磁钢的唯一形状。

Abstract:This paper discusses the problem of fixing magnetic steel's shape by trial-and-error method in designing permanent magnet(PM) electrical machine. The least-square procedure is used to get fitting curve of magnetic field in air gap calculated by Boundary Element Method (BEM). The fitting curve provides the data to modify magnetic steel's shape. The curve-fitting of magnetic steel's shape solves foe problem of steel shape's sudden-changing and obtains magnetic steel's sole shape.
