Application of Web technology to JIT physical distribution system for hoist work

Construction companies should ensure the JIT of both supply logistics and site logistics in order to improve the efficiency of physical distribution,and the hoist work is the key tache for the realization of the site JIT physical distribution,especially for the high-rise buildings.A complete set of perfect hoist digitized management system was established in order to ensure the JIT distribution of site logistics by using the digitized scheme based on Web to manage the hoist plan and precontract the information.Meanwhile,a new JIT physical distribution system was structured through on-site and off-site material and information communication,and then the effective supply and distribution of materials in and out site were realized through establishing the logical distribution system flow and the effective management of the distribution system.The application of Web is propitious to the realization of JIT physical distribution and the enhancement of the site construction efficiency.
