摘    要:为了准确把握城市各种条件下的交通状况,提高模型的精度,为交通决策提供可靠的数据支持,开发了人员和车辆两套模型,通过二者的匹配,达到提高模型精度的目的.同时,模型针对哈尔滨寒地城市自行车出行方式比重较少的特点,采用了步行和自行车方式预划分,机动化方式先分布,后划分的模型.该模型在实践中收到了良好的效果,对城市交通规划中交通模型的确立及改进具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:In order to accurately master the transportation situation under all kinds of conditions, improve the precision of this model and provide credible data support for transportation decision, personnel and transportation models are established. The precision of the model can be improved by combining the above two models. Aimed at the character of less proportion of bicycles in Harbin urban trip mode in winter, this model applies the mode which divides the walking and riding bicycle mode in advance and distributes the mechanization mode firstly and then divides it later. This model has a well effect in practice, which has a referential value in creating and improving transportation models in urban transportation planning.
