| 摘 要： | 建设项目由于其固有的特性,比一般的软件项目管理更复杂、难度更大,因此,建设项目管理成熟度评估更具有重要意义.在借鉴多种成熟度模型的基础上,提出建设项目管理成熟度模型的概念和构成要素,明确各要素之间的相互关系,建立以成熟度单元为核心的两层次结构体系模型,提出模型的基本评价方法,对改善建设项目管理成熟水平会起到重要的推动作用.

| Abstract: | Because construction project management has its own inherent characteristic,and is more complex and difficult than software project management,the application of the model in construction becomes more significant and challenging.Based on studying and referring many models,this paper offers the concept and basic components of construction project management maturity model,and make the relationship among them clear,and also establishes a twolayer structure system model and basic evaluation method with maturity unit as its core.This model will help improving construction project management maturity level. |
