面内二维零膨胀混杂复合材料层合板设计

摘    要:为使FRP结构在太空交变温度场下的热稳定性能要求,研究了面内二维零热膨胀混杂复合材料层合板设计理论.采用细观力学方法和经典层合板理论,分析层合板的纤维含量、混杂比及其铺层角等对层合板热膨胀系数的影响规律.建立了层内混杂复合材料层合板面内二维热膨胀系数设计理论.理论分析和实验结果表明,合理设计复合材料层合板的纤维含量、混杂比及其铺层,可以实现面内二维零膨胀.

Abstract:The design theory of intraply hybrid composite laminate with in-plane 2D zero thermal expansion coefficient was studied in order to meet the thermal stability of FRP in space alternating temperature field.The influence of fiber content,hybrid ratio and orientation angle of fibers on thermal expansion coefficient of laminate was analyzed with the use of micromechanical analysis and classical lamination theory.A design theory about the in-plane 2D thermal expansion of hybrid composites was proposed.According to the theoretical analysis and experimental results,the in-plane 2D zero thermal expansion can be achieved through proper design of fiber content,hybrid ratio and layering of laminate.
