压扭变形工艺及在材料改性中的应用

摘    要:压扭变形是在变形体高度方向施加压力的同时,沿其横截面方向施加一扭矩的特殊塑性变形工艺,源于上世纪50年代,目前已经演变为大塑性变形法中的一种,并在制备块体纳米材料及高性能高致密度材料中得到应用.同时,该变形工艺的演化发展推动了其工艺装置的改进与研发,产生的不同加载方式下的工艺装置对于拓展压扭变形工艺的应用领域具有重要意义.

Abstract:Compress-twist forming is a special plastic deformation process in which a pressure is exerted on the workpiece in the axial direction,and a twisting torque is exerted along the cross-section through the positive friction at the same time. The process came into being in the 1950 s,and now has been developed into a kind of severe deforming process. It has been applied to the preparation of bulk nanomaterials and high compact materials. The evolvement of the process promotes the amelioration and R&D of its equipments,and these equipments under different loading modes play important roles in enlarging the application field of compresstwist forming.
