腹板开孔型钢框架梁柱节点抗震性能试验

摘    要:介绍了梁腹板开孔型钢框架梁柱节点,以及12个足尺试件的拟静力破坏试验的试验结果.对节点破坏模式和滞回曲线的比较分析表明,按现行规范设计的全焊型梁柱节点在地震作用下可能会出现连接焊缝的脆性破坏,满足不了抗震设计的延性要求;腹板开孔型节点可以有效的将塑性铰外移到距节点区较远的梁截面上,在强震作用下,其破坏形式是梁翼缘板、腹板的局部变形,满足抗震设计的延性要求;当梁腹板削弱量合适时,节点的承载力不会发生较大减小.因此,腹板开孔型节点具有良好的抗震性能.此外这种节点应用于房屋体系时,水暖管线可从梁中穿过,降低结构空间占用成为可能,并且腹板开孔型节点也便于加工制作,是一种值得推荐的新型节点形式.

Abstract:A new type of beam-to-column connection,opening on beam web(OBW) connection,is introduced in this paper.12 full-size beam-to-column connection specimens,including three types of OBW connection with different opening configurations and one type of traditional all-welded connection,are tested under cyclic loading.Brittle weld fractures occurred on the specimens with conventional all-welded connection,which cannot meet the ductile requirement.While with opening on beam web,spread of plasticity was found on the specimen beam with OBW connection and its failure mode turned into local deflection of beam flange and web.When the opening is proper,there is no large degeneration in its load carrying capacity.Experimental results show that OBW connection has favorable aseismic behavior.Furthermore,When OBW connection is applied to buildings,it is a good idea to make use of the opening for the equipment pipes.
