| 摘 要： | 对地处寒冷地区的哈尔滨市近5年发生在交叉口的1000多起交通事故现场图进行了分析，将事故发生地点与道路交通条件相结合，建立了寒冷地区城市道路交叉口条件与交通事故的关系，提出了城市道路交叉口的交通安全评价方法．根据城市道路交叉口处的道路、交通条件及交通事故情况，利用综合影响系数法，建立交通事故的综合影响系数λ，通过初步验证，该方法是可信的，具有反映交叉口交通安全水平的功能，可用来预测某交叉口事故的未来值．研究成果可为城市道路交叉口的规划、设计、管理提供定量依据．
