光固化互穿网络结构的丙烯酸乳液的研制

摘    要:首先采用可聚合活性大分子乳化剂,加入双烯基交联剂,合成交联型甲基丙烯酸甲醌,丙烯酸丁酯共聚乳液,然后将该乳液与光引发剂,多官能光聚合单体共混,室温干燥成膜后,在紫外光下光照交联,得到具有互穿网络结构的耐水性,机械强度,粘附性指标均较为优异的涂膜。

Abstract:First, a crosslinking copolymer emulsion is synthesized by using active macromolecular emulsifer and crosslinking agent. Then, the emulsion is mixed with multifunctional photo-active monomer and photo-initiator, and dried at room temperature to make a film. Finally, the film is put under ultra-violet(UV) light to get an IPN structural coating with high capacity for water resistance, mechentical strength, adhension, etc.Also, in this article, a series of instruments such as IR. A Universal Electronic Tester has been used to analyze and detect the structure and property of the film in detail. With the aid of computer software GRAFTOOL, data are treated and graphs are drawn.
