高精确度测试转台陀螺伺服系统设计及实验

摘    要:目前测试转台陀螺伺服系统设计和实现中存在的主要问题有陀螺伺服投入的稳定性差和转台伺服精确度不够高,从而影响了伺服实验的可靠性和测试准确度.为此,讨论了测试转台中陀螺伺服状态的构成原理,提出了一种改善陀螺伺服状态投入稳定性的粗、精双模态控制方法,并对如何进一步提高转台的伺服精确度进行了详细理论分析和仿真研究.基于某型动调陀螺进行了完整的伺服实验,取得了满意的效果.

Abstract:In order to solve two main problems that influence the reliability and accuracy of servo experiment in the design and implementation for the gyro servo system of the test tables, the structure principle of the gyro servo system of test tables is discussed and a control system with double modes that can improve the stability of the gyro servo system is presented. And the theoretic analysis and simulation are given to improve the servo accuracy of the test tables. Finally the experiment based on a kind of flexibility gyro is done, and satisfactory results are obtained.
