摘    要:转子系统的运动稳定性是力学中的重要研究课题,它直接关系到汽轮机组运行的安全性与可靠性。基于Muszynska转子动力学模型,采用短轴承理论,对转子非线性振动的稳定性进行了分析研究。采用局部线性化方法,分析判断了转子涡动方程零解和自激振动极限环的稳定性,确定了转子运动的稳定性条件。在极坐标系下首次给出了用3个状态方程表示的转子系统运动的简捷方程。主要分析了转速、流体润滑粘度和轴承的结构参数对转子运动稳定性的影响。

Abstract:Presents the investigation into the stability of rotor system directly related to the safety and reliability of turbine sets using the mathematical model of Muszynska's rotor with oil film, and following the theory of short bearings, and the analysis of the stability of zero solution of differential equation of the rotor whirl and the stability of limit cycle of self excited vibration using a linearized method under the conditions for stable motion obtained by following the theory of nonlinear vibration, and the reduced equations of three dimensional phase spaces first proposed in terms of polar coordinates and high lights the effect of rotational speed, lubricant viscosity and bearing structure on the stability of motion of rotor system.
