微波辐射稻壳生物质解毒Cr(Ⅵ)

摘    要:农林生物质解毒Cr(Ⅵ)是一种廉价的环境修复方法。以稻壳和重铬酸钾为研究对象,通过微波辐射作用,研究生物质对Cr(Ⅵ)的解毒行为,探索微波/生物质解毒Cr(Ⅵ)的实验条件。实验考察了微波功率、微波辐射时间、重铬酸钾与稻壳的质量比对Cr(Ⅵ)的解毒效果的影响。研究结果表明,稻壳对Cr(Ⅵ)的有明显解毒效果,在微波功率为800 W,作用时间为4 min,重铬酸钾同稻壳的质量比为1∶7的条件下,Cr(Ⅵ)的解毒效果可达98%以上。生物质稻壳有潜在修复受Cr(Ⅵ)污染环境的利用价值。

Abstract:Detoxification of Cr(Ⅵ) by biomass is a kind of low cost methods in environment remediation.With potassium dichromate as the Cr(Ⅵ) source,the detoxification of Cr(Ⅵ) by rice hull biomass incorporated with microwave irradiation was used.The influencing factors including microwave power,irradiation time,the ratio of potassium dichromate and race hull are discussed.The experimental results show an obvious detoxification of Cr(Ⅵ).Under the experimental condition of 800 W microwave power,4 min irradiation,potassium dichromate and rice hull ratio of 1∶7(by weight),the removal ratio of Cr(Ⅵ) can be above 98%.So the biomass rice hull has the potential values in remediation of Cr(Ⅵ) polluted soil.
