摘    要:以向日葵秆为原料,采用高温液态水进行预处理以提高后续纤维素酶水解糖收率。考察了温度、时间和加压方式对还原糖收率的影响。结果表明,原料经预处理后,酶解糖收率增加明显。原料经200 ℃、20 min预处理后,总糖收率达83.0%;与N2相比,CO2加压高温液态水低温短时间处理具有催化效果。最后,通过XRD和SEM表征方法,对预处理前后向日葵秆微观变化情况进行了分析

Abstract:Liquid hot water was applied to pretreat sunflower stalk to increase its accessibility for enzyme hydrolysis. Pretreatment temperatures, reaction times and pressurized gases were investigated. The results show that the yield of enzyme hydrolysis sugar sun flower stalk is increased after pretreatment. The highest total reducing sugar yield of 83.0% is obtained for the sample pretreated at 200 ℃ and 20 min. Compared with N2, CO2 pressurized high temperature liquid water treatment at low temperature and short time has catalytic effect. Finally, XRD and SEM analysis are used to investigate the microstructure of the sunflower stalk before and after the pretreatment.
