摘    要:介绍了以十二烷基苯磺酸为催化剂,用梯度升温法,酸醇直接酯化合成没食子酸正丙酯。同时对酸醇摩尔配比,催化剂用量,反应时间和反应温度进行了正交试验,得出最佳的酯化条件为:醇酸摩尔比1.5:1,催化剂用量1.5mmol,反应时间5h,反应温度105℃,平均酯化率可达85%,还对产品进行了熔点测定、元素分析和红外光谱鉴定。

Abstract:The n -propyl gallate was prepared by esterification of alcohol and gallic acid with catalysis system of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid. The reaction temperature was risen in a gradient style. Furthermore, orthogonal experiments were done on the molar ratio of alcohol to gallic acid, the quantities of catalyst, the reaction time and the reaction temperature. The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of gallic acid to alcohol was 1:1.5, the quantities of catalyst was 1.5 mmol, reaction time was 5 hour, reaction temperature was 105 ℃. Under this optimal reaction condition, the yield is 85%. Melting point of the product has been determined and the composition of the product has been analysed too.
