HC l溶液中酸性离子液体对Q 2 3 5钢的缓蚀作用

摘    要:通过电化学测试研究了 N - ( 4 - 磺酸基丁基) 三乙基铵硫酸氢盐( [ ( CH2) 4S O3HT EA] [ HS O4] ) 酸性离子液体在2 5℃、 0. 5m o l / L的 HC l溶液中对 Q 2 3 5钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明, 该离子液体在一定的浓度范围内能够减缓 HC l溶液对 Q 2 3 5钢的腐蚀, 当离子液体的浓度为1 4mm o l / L时, 缓蚀效果最好。X射线光电子能谱( X P S) 表征结果表明, 在 Q 2 3 5钢表面离子液体能够形成吸附保护膜, 覆盖反应活性中心, 减缓 HC l溶液对 Q 2 3 5钢的腐蚀。

Abstract:Corrosion inhibition effect of N(4sulfonic acid) butyl triethylammonium hydrogen sulfate((CH2)4SO3HTEA][HSO4]) acid ionic liquid(IL) towards Q235 steel corrosion in 0.5 mol/L HCl solution was investigated by electrochemical measurements in 25 ℃. The results show that the IL suppressed corrosion processes of Q235 steel in HCl solutionand the best performance of inhibition could be obtained with the concentration of inhibitor 14 mmol/L. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) demonstrates that the protectiue film is formed by adsorption on the Q235steel surface, which can cover the reative center and inhibit the Q235 steel corrosion in HCl solution.
