正弦衍射光栅的傅立叶分析方法

摘    要:以标量衍射理论为基础 ,用傅立叶分析方法 ,讨论了正弦型振幅光栅、正弦型位相光栅的夫琅和费衍射规律。从正弦型振幅光栅、正弦型位相光栅的透过率函数入手 ,导出了光栅在夫琅和费衍射过程中的复振幅、光强、频谱的分布函数 ,给出了光栅的分辨本领及最大衍射效率 ,并对光栅的衍射效率进行了分析和讨论

Abstract:As an important spectro element, grating has a vital position in optics. The author discussed and analyzed the Fraunhofer diffraction of sinusoidal grating on the amplitude mode and the phase mode with the scalar diffraction theory and Fourier's analysis method. From the transmission capability function of the sinusoidal grating on the amplitude mode and the phase mode, the distribution function of the complex amplitude, light intensity and frequency spectrum was derived. The resolving ability and the diffraction efficiency of sinusoidal grating was given, and the diffraction efficiency of sinusoidal grating was analyzed and discussed. The results have general guiding significance for the application of sinusoidal grating.
