浅谈中国的知识产权保护

加入WTO，意味着知识产权逐渐代替了关税壁垒，在国际竞争中扮演越来越重要的角色，能否在激烈的国际竞争中占据有利地位，在很大程度上取决于我们的知识产权保护工作做得如何。本通过分析目前我国知识产权保护的现状，提出了知识产权保护应对入世后挑战的对策。

Analysis on the Protection of Intellectual Property of China

With the China' s entry into the WTO, it means that intellectual property replaces the tariff barriers, and plays a more and more important role in international competition. Whether we can take up the upper hand in international competition depends on the protection of intellectual property. This paper, by analyzing the present situation of intellectual property in China, puts forward the tactics that how to face the challenge of intellectual property.
