| 摘 要： | 戊戌变法失败以后，改良派与革命派进行了针锋相对、旷日持久的大论战。《新民丛报》在与《民报》的论战中违背了历史潮流，在论战方法、整体实力上都处于劣势，最终因失败而停刊。探讨其失败的原因，对于当今舆论宣传不无启迪。

| Abstract: | After the failure of the Reform Movement of 1898, the Reformists and the revolutionaries were tit-for-tat, a protracted debate ＂Xinmin Cong＂ with the ＂people＂ in violation of the debate to the historical trend, in the way of polemics, the overall strength of both at a disadvantage and eventually folded because of the failure. Explore the reasons for its failure to do with today＇s enlightened public opinion and propaganda. |
