| 摘 要： | 近几年,油田的医疗费用增长幅度较快攀升,导致患者医疗负担过重,看病难、看病贵是职工群众反映较为强烈的重点和难点问题,也是油田信访矛盾的一个主要焦点。本文就这个问题进行了认真分析,提出了对策措施。

| Abstract: | Fast rising of oilfield medical expenses of recent years has led to patients' overburden in medical care.It is not only difficult but expensive to see a doctor,which brings public strong response and becomes a focus of oilfield complaint reporting contradiction.This paper has analyzed the issue seriously and proposed relevant precautions. |
