水平井套管内多级压裂技术在江汉油田的应用

为了更好的开发水平井,江汉油田自主研究了一种适用于套管完井水平井的分段压裂管柱技术。该压裂管柱采用液压坐封、泄压解封的扩张式封隔器为分封隔工具,配合多级节流喷砂滑套,可达到对水平井段进行有效封隔和一趟管柱完成多段压裂的目的。从2011年10月至2012年10月,套管完井水平井多级分段措施管柱在江汉、四川、玉门、青海等油田水平井中措施作业18井次,工艺成功率100%,增产效果显著。

On Application of Multiple-stage Fracturing Technology inside the Casing of Horizontal Wells in Jianghan Oilfield

To develop horizontal wells better, Jianghan Oilfidd has studied a staged--fracturing string technology which is suitable for casing completion of horizontal wells. The fracturing string uses the expansion packer with the characteristics of hydraulic setting and pres--relief deblocking as a sub--packer which, working with sand--blasting sliding sleeve of multi--level throttle, helps reach the purpose of effective sealing in the lateral segment or the com- pletion of multi--segments fracturing with one--trip string. Between October of 2011 and October of 2012, this technology was used in the measure operation of 18 horizontal wells in the oilfields of Jianghan, Sichuan, Yumen as well as Qinghai. Success rate reached 100% and oil production increased significantly.
