Several Thoughts on the Establishment and Perfection of the Supervisory System of State Enterprises

In modern enterprise system, the already existing supervisory system inside the state enterprises can't meet the needs of counter-corruption. In this article the writer points out that there exist serious problems about the supervisory system such as its confusion, emptiness, the weak sense of supervising and the lack of effective supervising to the "head", and he also suggests that those problems should be solved by standardizing corporation administration, by strengthening internal control, by perfecting supervising regulations and by regulating leader's behavior.
