封隔器胶筒橡胶材料力学性能试验

摘    要:封隔器胶筒是封隔器的核心部件,由橡胶材料制成。而橡胶是非线性弹性材料,受载荷作用后变形量大,其力学性能不能用常规的材料力学方法计算。在封隔器结构优化及工作行为仿真研究工作中,必需的胶筒材料力学性能数据必须通过试验测定获得。试验结果认为,在加载阶段,封隔器胶筒材料的应力应变呈线性关系;在卸载阶段即解封过程中胶筒自然回弹时,胶筒材料的应力应变呈二次非线性关系。

Experiment on the Rubber Materials Mechanic Performance of the Packer

Abstract:Packer rubber which has sealing function is the core part of the packer. It is made of nonlinear elasticity rubber materials and easy to be deformable under the action of load. The data of rubber material's mechanical property can only be obtained by performance test. The test result indicated that the strain and stress pattern of packer rubbet materials was in linear relation during loading while it posed as quadratic nonlinear relation when the rubber naturally rebound during unloading.
