摘    要:目前捞砂失败的主要原因是井液面过低,沉砂管设计过长,致使捞砂泵无沉没度,不能正常工作。针对这种情况,在确定捞砂方案时,一是要注意捞砂前的施工设计;二是要注意捞砂泵防砂卡安全距离的设定;三是要注意捞砂时间的设定;四是要进行提捞砂工艺技术的改进。此外,还要注意捞砂泵最低抽汲速度的确定。

Abstract:The failure of sand bailing so far are mostly attributed to low fluid level,long riffling pipes which could result in zero submergence depth of sand pumps.To handle this problem,the work staff should pay attention to the following tips when setting sand bailing plan: 1.attach high importance to the pre-bailing designs;2.be careful with the safe clearance setting of anti-sand barrels;3.time set of sand bailing is important;4.improve sand bailing techniques;besides,the minimum swabbing speed of sand pumps should be cautiously handled with.
