| 摘 要： | 资金管理是企业管理的重要环节,也是财务管理的核心。加强资金管理,保障资金供应、降低资金成本、加快资金周转、优化资金结构、提高资金使用效益已成为企业需要解决的重要问题。在资金管理上要进一步完善以资金管理为核心的财务管理体系,强化财务集中管理功能,提高内部结算效率健全全面预算管理机制,有效促进企业的发展,提高企业经济效益。
