腹板嵌入式组合梁抗剪连接件拔出试验

摘    要:为了研究腹板嵌入式组合梁中抗剪连接件的抗拔性能,考虑各影响因素,设计了6个拔出试件并进行了试验研究,得到了试件破坏特征及拔出力-位移关系曲线。建立了钢板连接件受拔出力作用的力学模型,分析了腹板厚度、横向钢筋直径及横向配筋率对拔出承载力的影响;结合钢板连接件的抗剪承载力,对这种连接件的抗拔性能是否满足腹板嵌入式组合梁的组合作用进行了验证;参照《钢结构设计规范》(GB50017-2003)中对栓钉连接件的要求,提出了腹板嵌入式组合梁中抗剪连接件的构造要求。结果表明,这种抗剪连接件具有较好的抗拔性能。

Pull-out Experiment on Shear Connector in Embedded Composite Beams with Notched Web

Abstract:In order to study the characteristics of resisting lift of the shear connector in embedded composite beams with notched web, 6 pull-out specimens were designed to be tested considering different effect factors. The test phenomena were observed and the pull-out forces and displacement relation curves were gained. The mechanic model of the steel plate connector was established based on the pull-out forces. Meanwhile, the influences of thickness of the web, the diameter of transverse rebar and transverse reinforcement ratio were analyzed. It was discussed whether embedded composite beams with notched web could be satisfied with this connector, considering the shear capacity of this kind of connector; structure requirements of the shear connector in embedded composite beams were concluded with the reference of the requirements of the headed shear studs in Code for Design of Steel Structures (GB 50017-2003). The results show that this kind of shear connector has a good characteristics of resisting lift in embedded composite beams.
