汽车悬架K&C特性分析及其对整车性能的影响

摘    要:为研究汽车悬架的K&C特性及其对整车性能的影响,在ADAMS/Car环境下,双轮同向跳动仿真中建立麦弗逊悬架多刚体动力学模型与多柔体动力学模型,在侧向力与纵向力仿真中建立麦弗逊悬架多柔体动力学模型。仿真结果表明,此悬架具有较好的K&C特性,对整车操纵稳定性和平顺性有积极作用。

Abstract:To effect on vehicle research kinematics and performance by K&C compliance characteristics of vehicle suspension and the characteristics, in ADMAS/Car environment, the K&C characteristics of the suspension systems are analyzed by establishing rigid multi-body Macpherson suspension model and flexible multi-body Macpherson suspension model, under the simulation test of parallel wheel travel, as well as rigid multi-body Macpherson suspension model under the simulation test of loading lateral force and loading longitudinal force. The simulation reveals that the good K&C performance of the vehicle suspension has positive effects on handling stability and ride comfort of the vehicle.
