摘    要:根据沿海地区实际情况,集成以往的研究成果及相关数据,建立沿海缺水灌区地表水地下水联合调配管理信息系统.该系统具有友好的界面,是地理信息系统、数据库技术以及水资源·系统模拟优化等多技术综合集成的动态管理系统.模型具有一定的通用性,可为沿海缺水灌区地表水地下水规划管理服务,也可为各级水管部门准确及时提供水资源信息.

Abstract:The previous research results and related data were integrated to establish a surface and ground water resources management information system,in accordance with the irrigation and water-deficit conditions of coastal areas.This system runs with friendly interface,and integrates the GIS,database technique,water resource optimization management,simulation of groundwater and other techniques.The system is designed for surface and ground water resource management in coastal areas,and to provide accurate and timely water information for water management governments.With certain universality,the system will provide valuable reference for water management and scheduling in coastal areas.
